Most organisations are having to cut down on their training provision due to budgetary constraints. However, for organisations to run effectively and efficiently they still require staff that have up-to-date knowledge, skills and competencies in a variety of key areas. There will also be staff that need some extra professional support, mentoring or coaching which the organisation is unable to or not best placed to deliver.

A lot of organisations can no longer afford to send their entire workforce on external training courses, and so what they need is more individually targeted support. How is the training delivered?

The One to One training and/or coaching session(s) are tailored to meet the specific needs of the client, and is delivered at a time and venue convenient for them. For example, the training can be delivered within the client’s office; at their desk; in a quiet training room where they work; at the client’s home; or at a private venue arranged by us.

The training will be delivered using various up-to-date One to One training techniques and materials. The length and timing of the training will be discussed and agreed with the client. The delivery of the training and/or coaching will be flexible and can be offered in segments depending on the clients needs.

Who will deliver the training?

We have a team of highly skilled and very experienced trainers and consultants who will first of all meet with the client to discuss and advise on how best to meet his or her training and development needs.
