Aim
To help junior and admin staff make a flying start to their career by providing them with the knowledge and skills they need to adapt quickly to the work environment and have a clear understanding of what is required of them.
Delegates will also learn about the types of skills and competencies they need to develop and demonstrate if they want to make a positive impression at work and move up the career ladder quickly.
